[Gameplay] In game item shop will not open.

I was playing a game on summoners rift with my friend and I could not open the item shop. Every time I tried to open store it would take me to advanced champion info. Restored everything to defaults and restarted league twice. Checked every map in a custom game nothing worked.

Anyone else having this problem?
