(Gameplay) Yasuo windwall unresponsive after cating steel tempest

In my recent bout of playing yasuo jungle I noticed that directly after casting steel tempest wind wall will not cast for about .5 seconds. It used to be able to be cast silultaneously so I believe that it is a bug.

To recreate cast steel tempest and attempt to wind wall directly after. Many times wind wall will not cast.
