Vanishing axe trick

Sometimes I notice when I play draven and I am casual csing when I catch my axe it will vanish. My hand will be empty and my skill will time out and reset. I use the soul reaver skin and as far as I have ever seen it only occurs when I'm just juggling one axe to cs. The first few times I thought I really dropped it but the more I took notice the more I see it vanish like a rabbit into a hat
