Drops have not left the bulding

Still having same issue I have tried many things such as repatching and defragging my computer and any game I am facing or playing (in custom) ( wish i could play) kalista past minute 9 I get huge drops in my frames per second I almost never lag, sometimes I do but not often not even bad if I do. I do not get a raised ping, merely the drops in my frames per second and yes all of my graphics are as low as they can possibly be, naturally. I'd really like some sort of an answer in the least, or be able to play or play against her. Anyone else?
