Chrome Rammus Splash update not in loading screen

this is simple Chrome Rammus has a splash update but it has the old Chrome splash in the loading screen this should be simple to fix and as a lover of the armadillo myself, i would love to see his new splash in the loading screen to truly terrify my enemies.
