Volibear, Jax And Teemo (Gameplay)

Its interesting to me( more so to my Teemo main friend) that when Volibear is blinded, he can still flip Teemo, but Teemo's blind can stop Garens Silence. Jax, can stop Garens Silence and Flip from the Bear. Please Fix this inconsistency. It would be nice that Teemo's blind stops the flip from the big bad bear, or that Jaxs helicopter would no longer stop it(And they would no longer stop the silence from Garen). Both abilities(silence and flip) are enhanced auto attacks, so it makes sense to stop both with Teemo's blind. Also, the Tutorial on Summoner's Rift features Ryzes old Ultimate when hitting 6(granting MS and Power) so maybe you should update that to be the new Ryze). Thanks
