Veigar's Ultimate bug

Posting here as requested on the ticket I sent to the support. Here is the bug and how it happens:

  • As Veigar use the ultimate on the enemy, if he quickly enter in the fog of war ( out of vision ) only the animation plays and no damage is dealt. Normally the CD doesn't trigger when this bug occur;
  • As Veigar quickly use the ultimate before dying, it will trigger the ultimate CD and no damage will be dealt.

This makes me miss some kills and obviously gold, in some cases in late game a kill is also very important due to the death timer being longer. Could this please be investigated? I also noticed in Hexakill that sometimes my "Q" wasn't hitting the minions ( but it went through ), maybe a bug related to it's version of Luden's Echo?

I noticed a similar bug recently with Ziggs's ultimate. If you cast his ult right as you're dying, the spell will fly out and do damage as it's supposed to, but the game won't register the CD, so it will still be up. When I reported it, someone mentioned the same thing happening on Bard, but I'm dumb and reported it during a new champ release as well as a widespread client issue… so I guess I'll repost it in a couple of weeks.
