Not letting me login

So, ill give you the story the bridge map thing came out and of course i want to play it so i do then it stays on champion select for about 3 min after it said "Game starting Soon" (LIAR) so then my screen turns black so i wait no champs pop up or the background so i restart league then it says i can't logon and does that support crap that i've done a million times so i look at it then i give up after seeing its not me and try league again surprise surprise it worked but then when i joined the game .... we lost right when i got in so then i got a penalty which is why im typing this i'm pretty mad that i get blamed for your bugs and you give me a penalty even tho since yesterday ive been dcing a lot and when i try a different game online gor example PayDay2, Minecraft and Archage they work fine but when i try this game it always gives me trouble but this has been happening since yesterday which is strange anyway it would be nice if you removed my penalty and please don't give me that we can't stuff because im pretty sure the people who can do it don't want to because they think some payers are just ass holes and don't want to help the wrong people so anyway just don't even respond if i can't get this penalty off i don't want to bother if your going to make me go through it ill just deal with it then
