[Client] Stalker's Blade tooltip text has improper grammar

The Chilling Smite portion of the Stalker's Blade tooltip currently reads:

Passive - Chilling Smite: Smite can be cast on enemy champions, dealing reduced true damage and stealing 20% movement speed 2 seconds.

It should instead read:

Passive - Chilling Smite: Smite can be cast on enemy champions, dealing reduced true damage and stealing 20% movement speed for 2 seconds.
