[Client] - EULA and Terms of Use Disclaimer are not formatted properly

The EULA and the Terms of Use disclaimer (the two things you have to re-accept after every patch) are not formatted/encoded properly. In particular, the escape character '' appears at the end of every double quote symbol (").

Steps to reproduce:

1. Patch the game
2. When patching finishes, click the LAUNCH button. The popup title'd REVIEW THIS EULA should appear.

League of Legends (the "Game") is a free-to-play, session-based, ...

Actual Result: The first paragraph begins with

League of Legends (the** *"Game***") is a free to play, session-based, ...

Differences above highlighted in bold.
