(GAMEPLAY) Jhin bug

This bug has a chance to happen when someone is hit by someone or by you, When it last longer then it should it lasts whole game where the mark is on someone. This is really annoying(yes i know in the video i did not hit him with my w to show it doesn't stun but i showed that he wasn't hit by anyone in a while)
