Beta Client install issues ( hope this finds a dev)

For reasons that was not Riots fault I had to uninstall and reinstall LOL. Which went smoothly. After the client updated to 7.2 I clicked on update to beta client and something goes wrong. Mechanics curiosity, I attempted to recreate the problem. And I did on 3 out of 3 occasions. Twice on my desktop and once on my laptop.

So before you press launch, in the upper right hand quadrant of the screen is the prompt to download the beta client. When you click "Yes download" one of two things happened. I either got an Accept terms and conditions prompt or nothing. On every attempt to launch the game, screen goes away like it normally does, but you get an error screen that says, " Something went wrong please reinstall alpha client". Every time you try an launch the game you get this popup. Repair is ineffective, problem still persists. The only fix I found is to uninstall and reinstall again. I can still play the game just not upgrading to beta client, which blows to say the least. And Its not like I want to keep testing it every day to see if it fixes itself because is about 40-60 min download.
