Ranked Champ select bug

Today, I queued in a Silver 1 ranked solo/duo game and something strange happened. The timers ticked and ticked till 0 and then stayed on 0. The picking turns didn't continue and the client sat in stasis till I left the client. It was so weird because i could still click things but nothing registered. You should really fix this bug because it can really piss players off by giving them dodge timers because it forces them to not pick and exit the client.
