Ranked Ending Screen Bug

So, I've run into another bug. Once i finished a Promos Silver 1 game, something strange happened. The nexus exploded as usual but it exploded... and nothing else happened. It just sat there with an exploded nexus and it didnt say victory or defeat. I was also lagging during the game so i dont know if this has to do with lag or a serious bug.
