Morgans Sinful succulence skin bug?

Hello The bug i speak of may or may not be true but its worth reporting. The bug i speak of is her binding animation. it seems that morgana 's Binding seems to have a very very dull faded projectile heading towards enemy champion almost being unseen i dont know if it is packet loss or if this bug is true because the binding is barely visible to the eye. the bug so far has only occured with the sinful succulence skin. I was wondering if it was packet loss because well i was playing ezreal and his auto attack animation kinda stayed floating in mid air and didnt disappear i could still auto but yeah throwin that out there
