New gold items bug + suggestion

1.) Bug Should work: When you reach 1000 or more gold, you should finish quest the moment that condition applies. Current: When you reach 1000 or more gold, you need to exit combat or you will still generate. That way you can get much more than 1000 gold.

2.) Suggestion Why when you finish quest gold, why item upgrade so you gain 1 extra gold per 10sec for 15gold per hit?? I would rather see: 1) 4 gold per 10sec **2) **1 gold per near minion die + 1 gold per champ hit
