Team builder skin bug

I'm currently looking to see if anyone else is having the same issue. Here is the problem.

1. Que up for team builder doesn't matter role just make sure it's a solo game and your not team captain or invited.
2. Pick any champ you have a skin for and any role you want. Be sure to pick skin after picking your champ.
3. Que up and wait for your first team to come up. after joining the 1st team leave by clicking the "look for different group"
4. Join any game after changing one group and see if you skin makes it into the game.

I played as Fiddle jungle in a game just now and picked the pumpkin head skin. The skin didn't make it into the game after I didn't except the first group because we and a team full of magic damage. Same thing happened after picking support Leona with the pool party skin.
