Ranked border never appears when I play blind or draft

I rly don't know why this is happening and why in only blind and draft. Yes I know you have to elect the ranked border on profile, but every time I enter a blind or draft game, it out switches to prestige border. When Im at the end of game lobby it says it has been switched to prestige. Is this a bug? Pls help
