PC Issues or Game Bugs?

OK so recently ive been having lots of problems with League recently. It all started when a week back I received a message from Riot, congratulating me for AFK'ing in less games. After that, I've been having constant issues where after champ select, my game never shows up, not even the reconnect button shows up. I'm just left on my desktop, and the only way to get back into the game is to restart my entire pc, but by then, my team has remaked and I am being punished with leaver buster and also lose lp if playing ranked. Normally you would suggest that I should just play a bot game to test it out, but the issue is that its also random, in one game the game loads fine, but then the next game may never pop up. There is no way I can fix this. ANother issue i have is when i do manage to play a game, at exactly 2:10 when im leashing the jg, my entire game freezes, even the sound is frozen. The only way to fix this as well is to restart my pc. (Again this happens randomly). I am getting very angry with these problems because I cannot play at all. Can someone pls help me with this or at least tell me its a bug in the game or just my pc. (My pc is windows). Thank you.
