Game Freeze+Static Noise

Alrighty so...I've had to leave two games due to within 1-5 seconds of entering a match my game/computer completely freezes and a static noise starts to ring. I typically have to manually shut off my computer in order to leave the game. I'm now being punished for leaving games. I've uninstalled and reinstalled League and I don't know what else I could do. Over night my computer decided to update on it's own and it was working fine before then but now, coincidentally after the update, League is doing this. Any suggestions?
