Tower in spectator mode

bug showing a tower with 0 HP and no actual tower there, it also shows on the minimap and it will stay on the screen until you click on the time bar above items, I can get it to reappear by scrolling back a bit and it seems the same point, it doesnt update on the minimap or on the tower count, I have a video I can upload to youtube showing me playing with it and manipulating it if a rioter wants me to upload
