So I just got my Honor 3 and thought about getting a PBE account, but then I went on this page and says something went wrong when I am checking if my account is credible. I am from California and playing in North America region. Please help me as I encountered this problem.

i tied the same and it says that i must be at least Honor level 3 to qualify. But i am Honor 3 (2/3 checkpoints). Is this a bug?
