[GAMEPLAY] Azir bugs + Bard health pack Bug

First off the Bard bug. When he has his health packs on the ground (not sure if upgraded version after 10 seconds makes a difference) and Azir dashes through it with with WEQ combo, Azir will not pick up the health pack. It was reported to me that this happens with other fast dashes.

Another bug i have noticed with Azir is occasionally after Q'ing you will auto attack with commanding him to do so. Other times when attacking somebody the soldier will not move or do dmg to the target but will make the sound as if he attacked.
