The obvious aside, the guy has more bugs than the crawlspace of an abandoned farmhouse. They're not going to bug fix him because he's a high priority VGU candidate. So unless he's actually breaking the game, he's going to be ignored for now.

That's pretty much Wukong's name in the code related stuff. Even during development they called his Ult "Monkeyking spin to win" or something along those lines.
