[GAMEPLAY] Sweeping lens bug range

When I hit level 9, usually my Sweeping Lens is supposed to upgrade to Sweeping Lens 2.0. However many times it only gives me a couple good scans (or no good scans) until its large range (the usual level 9 size) is reduced to the pre-9 range of 600. I don't know when and I don't know why, but it happens with a startling regularity.

So in essence, sometimes my Sweeping Lens 2.0 acts like a Sweeping Lens 1.0; it does not scan the range it is supposed to.
