cant create new acc bug please help

so i made a new acc named ''simptihi1'' but when i try to log in it dont work i dont get email either when i try to recover password which i know what it is. and ive checked the region and its EU west like i always have. wtf fix this bug i wanna make new acc. no hate but seriously riot your game because worse and worse for every season now its so bad i cant even make an acc without a bug happening, please help
