[Gameplay] Few bugs with Jungle plants, Urgot, and Ekko

[Bugs] 1.) If an enemy teemo blinds you, you're unable to use any jungle fruit (Not necessarily sure if that's intended or not)

2.) If an enemy urgot begins using his ult start spamming flash. At the end of his channel you're able to flash away as if nothing happened leaving urgot is the same spot he began ulting, and leaving his ultimate on cooldown

3.) Just a small tooltip issue with Ekko leaving you on a cliffhanger Image "(Cannot be triggered on the same target more than once every 5."
