so when you buy item 3028 you get a UNIQUE passive called harmony right. item 3174 upgrade and the passive is gone. THERE IS NO HARMONY anywhere in this item so when you have item 3174 AND item 3028 this you should get the passive again. but you dont. why?

item 3222 even with this, WHICH HAS THE HARMONY PASSIVE it doesnt work. wtf!?

This is not a bug. Athene's Unholy Grail specifically says that it disables the Harmony passive on your other items.
