draft pick wont let me pick a champ

has happened to me twice and i get the low priority queue would be awesome if the riot team could look into this as 2 i dont enjoy waiting 12 mins for a game to start

Same thing happened to me in Draft Pick / Blind Draft games. RIOT should really check on this bug / problem, it really affects everyone's gameplay.
