Initial Blue Essence surge didn't go through.

The first popup when you login told me I got my ~7k IP exchanged, and like 19k from my rune pages and rune conversion. Now I currently have only ~7k in my inventory. Is the extra bonus delayed? Tried restarting client and even played a game or two as well, and I converted a champ shard into BE. Went from ~7k to ~8k.

Had a couple "BE orbs" in my inventory that I got from my missions, one of which was an even 20k. Was that was I was supposed to be expecting?
