still unable to do the event

i still have not been contacted with any way to fix the issue of not being able to start the icon event. event ends soon and i want a fix before then. i have been playing since the start and this is the first time i have ever been let down this hard and hope riot will notice and fix this issue otherwise i want the to give me what i would have chosen if the event ends first
