Shyvana bugs (ult not hitting people, Lulu polymorph interaction)

I ran into a couple bugs the last times I've played Shyvana. Many times throughout the match (almost all, if not all) my ult would go straight through enemies with no effect. It didn't even knock a Katarina out of her ult.

Another bug seems to be with Lulu's polymorph while I'm in shyvana dragon form. The polymorph will end, and I'll go back into dragon form, but I'll be unable to do anything at all for another .5-1 seconds. I'm not sure if it's just a visual bug with shyvana's dragon form, or if it's a bug that isn't taking Tenacity into consideration properly.

They have a pretty large impact on the game (the first more than the second). Shyvana shouldn't even be available to be picked with her ult bug though, it just loses team fights (and games).
