Hextech Crafting Sadface :C

I recently purchased a random champion shard for 1700 IP, and then opened it. I got Kalista, who I didn't have, so I used Blue Essence to get her permanently. However, I went into a custom to try and learn her passive, and I was unable to select her from my list of champions. I made sure she wasn't disabled, and then looked at my champion list on my profile. In my profile, it said that I didn't own her, and her champion shard was still consumed. I sadly didn't take any screenshots, because I didn't think this was going to happen. Anyway, any help is appreciated!
