Permanent Scuttle Crab Speed Shrine Animation (Zed)

Today I was in a Team Builder game with 4 friends playing as Zed Jg, and I noticed around 25 mins that I had what looked like the Ghost, or Scuttle Buff Animation, but I had didn't have Ghost, and I was clearing blue buff on the blue side of SR, and both scuttles were alive, I attempted to recreate the bug, but I wasn't sure what caused it, and I was unable to find out why it happened, so this might be a one time thing.
