6.3 Cant login in in the Mac Client

I cant open the LOL Client. Whenever i try and open the client it just closes and does nothing. I have parallels installed on my Mac and tried to use that one but I had the same problem. Then i tried to use my PBE account and surprise surprise that did not work either. I think it is an error with the Kernel or something what do i know. My friend who has a Mac client has the same issue as me. Riot Please fix your game Also I don't know what patch is out right now 6.2-.3 who cares I cant play league due to this bug.

let me add some more information.. So I play on a mac and when i try and open up the kernel it just immediately closes and it wont let me update i tried to uninstall and reinstall but it didn't work at all. I really like league and I do not want this to be the reason why I stop playing

I am having the same issue. When I click on the icon for league the client pops up and has a little white bar at the bottom like it is loading, but then it immediately closes. I uninstalled and and then downloaded the installer but the same thing keeps happening.

I am having the same issue. I thought I was the only one with this problem. Guess not.

Any ideas when it will be fixed?

Sent a ticket to Riot and still have not fixed the issue. This sucks.

just an update riot in case you care a (possibly) small number of your mac users cannot log in. We would like to see a comment from you just to see that you care if only a little. thanks.

This is a new fix that has worked for me as of LOL 6.6 Mac OSX Yosemite, https://www.reddit.com/r/leagueoflegends/comments/2rx9wc/mac_lol_client_wont_open/ just changes your DNS to point to googles, very clever solution

Just as a notation I also use the Mac Client and I have not experienced any part of this problem so it probably has something to do with specific mac cases

I am still having the same problem too. It has to be something with the update because i was playing the night before the patch came out and everything was fine, but when i went to log on in the morning after the patch had released my game would not open.
