League Store Eating IP When Buying Runes

I was using the updated client and went in to buy some runes, but even though the purchase went through and it reduced my IP, the runes I purchased are not in my inventory.

I was on the updated client, and my purchase was four Greater Marks of Precision.

Any help or info on this would be appreciated, it's a lotta IP to fill up these rune pages. :/
