Error that kicks me out of the game. 10/01

What can i do about it ? After some time into a Summoners rift game this happens. If i reconnect afterwards, it happens again within 1 minute so i cant play anymore. This started happening tonight. I changed nothing on my pc, on which i had been playing league the last 2 years.
