Dear Riot

I was at D3 80 LP. I queque for a ranked game , pick tristana, the game starts but my loading screen before the game never appeared to me. Some time passes, i close the game and restart it and nothing happens, no loading screen again, just the game says match in progress. I am right now at D3 68 LP. I kindly request my 12 LP back, which i lost due to a bug of the game. Edit: It happened again. Could you please....LP
