TL vs C9 2019 Finals Game 5-- Corejj's Rakan Ult Catching Sneaky from ~200 Map Units Away?

I play a lot of Rakan and ever since his mechanic changes made it so you cant cast W or flash for 0.5 seconds after Ult. In game 5 of TL vs C9 in the 2019 playoff finals at 21:40 Core jj seems to flash-into-ult, and catches sneaky from about 200 map units away. I think even Sneaky was caught off guard because he had xayah ult AND flash. Sneaky is a good enough player to know the hitbox of Rakan's ult, which is relatively narrow and centered around Rakan's body, which is why he probably held off on his ult/flash because corejj was so far away. Was I the only one who spotted this? If you play the clip at 0.25x speed it is glaringly obvious.

I did as you mentioned than that's kinda weird. He seems to flash in place and then Xayah just starts moving towards him, right?

Yup, exactly.. I'm not biased toward C9 in any way, but that was a free kill essentially, and zeyzal expended ult and lost his life shortly after. They lost tower, and a bunch of pressure.
