Because of the server issues 6/10 people in one game disconnected including myself and couldn't reconnect. resulting in 15 lp lost and now i cant earn any loot because you don't know how to fix your game. You have to be able to refund us our lp lost since it is in no way our fault for losing it.

They can't, I've asked them about it before. The system is locked so there can't be any tampering with it, lost LP is lost.
