New Champion Select Sona Bug

I noticed that in the new 5v5 normal draft with the new champion select when an enemy player picked sona as their champion the quote of saying "Only you can hear me summoner" - 2010 everyone in the game can hear it, since is supposed to be a silent champion that only plays music(except for anyone who plays her).

Summary: When you pick as a champion in the new champ select everyone in champ select can hear her pick quote.
