Lost lp because game froze black

Just hopped on with my friend and for the second time today my game freezes right as i accept the queue. Worst of all this time i was duoing in ranked with him and end up losing lp for a "dodge" even though i couldn't do anything. I have a screenshot of it frozen as well as my friend and brother to tell you that it froze. So please take off the -3 lp from account!!!
