The bug I've been experiencing is with Fiddlesticks and applies to his drain. I'm not positive that the circumstances I'm going to describe are the exact order in which things happened since it happens during matches and kinda fast but I will try and give you as close to what I think happened as possible. It seems to be happening during one of these two orders of events (I'm assuming the first is it but not positive). The first possible circumstance I think is causing it is that I am in the about to be or in the process of casting my ultimate (R) and someone casts an ability on me that marks me with a passive or dot or something, Example: Nidalee trap hits me as I'm walking up to cast my ability or she drops it under my feet while I'm mid cast, or Malzahar puts his DoT on me. After I exit the teleport phase of the ultimate and appear I should be casting my fear or I am attempting to cast my fear on people. It has no effect and just acts like I didn't do anything. It's like they have become untargettable by it. I would assume possibly that I have been silenced but the abilities are visible and targettable and it has happened with characters like Nidalee, Malzahar, Lee Sin, and I'm sure more but I can't remember for certain. The other option is that they hit me with their DoT or mark after I come out of my ultimate (Example: Nidalee hits me with a spear right after I appear and then I try to fear her while marked by her passive) Those are the only two scenarios that I have experienced that could possibly be the cause, it doesn't affect my silence bird I can cast it with no errors at all, it has persisted even to the extent of I have walked with someone from near my turret in bottom lane all the way into the 2nd bush (I lost sight of them twice during the chase) and they exited the bush and flashed away without getting feared (I was not lagging at the time or having any other issues my silence went off fine just not my fear and my drain seems unaffected by this issue as well.) Please look into this and try and fix it please it is a very serious issue for me since I main fiddlesticks and it pretty much cripples my potential during a team fight during the most critical part of my attack during my ultimate. My attempt to cc the adc and complete my engage is useless if this occurs and it is very frustrating for me as a fiddlesticks main. Thank you in advance for your time in this matter.
