Looking for a team

I was silver 1 about to enter promo's to gold last season currently I'm in silver 5 this season and working my way back up, I would like to join a team for 5's or 3's and I'm able to play many champs in all roles but adc. I can adc if I need to but I'm still practicing it because I find I need some more experience in positioning for it and I'm limited in jungle to a few champs typically I choose fiddlesticks but I know master yi and several others as well. I will list my most common champs for lanes below hopefully I will get a reply :)

Top: Garen, Teemo, Malzahar, Chogath, Heimerdinger, Tryndamere, Nasus Mid: Veigar, Teemo, Ziggs, Malzahar, Syndra, Morgana, Nidalee, Lux, Leblanc, Akali (nerfed now sadly), Fiddle, Heimer Jungle: Fiddlesticks, Master Yi, Vi Adc: Sivir, Ashe, Cait, Vayne, Ezreal, Jinx Support: Nami, Morgana, Blitz, Thresh, Braum

I'm more than willing to learn other champs also just would want to know which and then will practice it, feel free to contact me in game I will spell my name in here in a way that's easier to add and then what it looks like after it's added (used lowercase L's to make it look right)
