Champion won't move, everything else does

So since last 2 days I get these micro lags in between where I cannot move my champ. It is as if the Riot server does not register my clicks and spell commands. The champion auto attacks if it is attacked by minions or champs but other wise I cannot control it. I have checked if it is my net but it is not. Any one else facing this problem. Yesterday the enemy team was also facing the same problem.
