Garen's ult's passive (the villain mark thingy) is bugged.

Well, I dont have a picture, but in my last game with garen I noticed that my ult shifted to "definitly going to destroy this villain if you use it now" mode while that villain was still with like 90% of his health, and it wouldnt be so bad if it just stayed triggered, but it triggers at the wrong times during combat, making me waste my ults, especially when it triggers when he still has like 60% of his health during heated combat, and I think hes squishy enough for that to be true, but then hes not. I just need more people to confirm, since its the first time it happened to me and it might have been just a one time thing (somehow).
