Possible Bug

I was playing an aram as annie, classic annie, vs a pug maw. I noticed that after i used tibbers and died, kog maw had died too, and instead of enraging tibbers stood still on kog maw passive, then after kog maw's passive popped, resumed to enraging. I don't have any evidence but this is a potential bug,
