[CLIENT] My files are corrupt. I NEED HELP!

I have tried to open Leagie and for some reason it says my files are corrupt and i need to contact Support. The thing that bugs me is that i was playing LoL the night before. I'm not in any way techy enough to know what to do. Any help would be HUGELY appreciated.
