Can't buy a champion that I have enough money to.

Trying to buy Varus for 4800 IP when I have 4878 IP, but the game says i don't have enough IP/RP to get Varus. I have tried restarting multiple times. https://s27.postimg.org/xqceg8k5v/This_Is_Bad.png Just put in the pic ^ EDIT - managed to buy Varus, but the game won't let me buy a champ shard (have 2002 IP)
