Club Tag Still Showing After Selected Not To

So as the title states, I have selected to "not" show my club yet it still shows it in game. Not sure if its a bug but if not then why is this? I'm also not talking about the 5 Character long mini-tag, but rather showing the FULL club tag in-game underneath a person's summoner name just to be clear. If you select to "not" show the tag, it shouldn't show period. Whether you don't like your Club Tag's acronym/shortened name, or just don't want to be harassed by toxic trolls because you are queued up with someone else, you should be able to have the Club name not show up at all.
